Simply order your prescription items as usual, then call us on 01785 712829

... and let us know when the prescription will be ready for us to collect; or we can take your Repeat Prescription Request slip to your doctor’s surgery, saving you time and money.

Please Note: If you would like us to collect prescriptions from your doctor on your behalf, please call in to the pharmacy to complete a Repeat Prescription Collection Authorisation Form. Alternatively, call us and we will deliver or post one to you, or download a copy from this website.

When will my Prescription be ready to collect ?

Your prescription will usually be ready for collection at the Pharmacy in 2-3 working days.

Ask for details about the service from your surgery. You can even leave your Repeat Prescription Request slip with us – Just let us know which items you require, and leave the rest to us! FREE delivery can be arranged if you are disabled, housebound or otherwise unable to collect your prescription from the pharmacy.

How do I Start the Service ?

To start using the service, simply call in to the pharmacy, and we will ask you to complete a simple prescription collection authorisation – and that’s it! Don’t worry if you can’t get to us – we’ll bring or post one to you.
